    Can I make payments online? Or do I have to call and go through all that every time?

    Hi, Nicole! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. The answer to your question is going to depend on how you booked your Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay. This could have been made as part of a Magic Your Way Package or as a room-only reservation. Note that if you booked your vacation with the assistance of a travel agent, you will need to contact them to arrange payments.

    Making payments on your Magic Your Way Package is a great way to budget for all of the unforgettable magic headed your way. You are more than welcome to make installment payments at any time before the balance is due. These installments, and even your final payment, can be paid online on your My Reservations page within My Disney Experience, or by calling a Cast Member to assist you. 

    While vacation packages can be paid in installments online, room-only reservations require you to call a Disney Resort Hotel Cast Member to make payments. You will need to have your reservation confirmation number handy when speaking with them. When I have done this before, I called every few weeks and each call took just a few minutes.

    Guests are able to use multiple forms of payment towards their Resort hotel reservation, , including these payment methods:
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American Express
    • Discover Card
    • Diners Club Charge Card
    • JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
    • Disney Gift Card
    • Disney Dream Reward Dollars
    • Disney Visa Instant Credit
