Where can i see the payments I have made to Disney on my park passes and also when you charge my credit card on file for any other expenses?

Why hello there, Linda! I'm so glad that you've found us here at planDisney!

Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth will be here before you know it and I'm so excited to help you place the finishing touches on your vacation. Let me grab my magic wand and see if I can help you with your questions today!

If you're looking for the payments you've made on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I typically start by doing a search in my email. I'll look for confirmation emails coming from Walt Disney World Resort, which state the amount paid and the balance due. Be sure to check the email account that you listed through My Disney Experience! If that option didn't work for you, you can always call the friendly Cast Members at (407) 939-7675. They will be more than happy to give you all the information you need! Please know that vacation packages need to be paid in full 30 days prior to a Guest's arrival.

Linda, if you were instead looking for information regarding payments for Annual Passes for Florida Residents, you can call (888) 701-4100 for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

While you're at Walt Disney World Resort, you'll be able to easily unlock even more magic with a MagicBand or MagicMobile! These are great ways to enter parks, link Disney PhotoPass pictures to your account and make purchases during your trip. The balance of these purchases will be processed at checkout. If your trip is longer than five days, your purchases will be processed every five days and also at checkout. Feel free to check out these Frequently Asked Questions for more information!

To make sure you're having the most worry-free vacation, you'll want to also make sure you make Theme Park Reservations before your trip and download the My Disney Experience app on your phone. As my friend Pumbaa says, "Hakuna Matata!" No worries!

Linda, I hope I was able to answer your questions today. If I have misunderstood your question, or if you need any more help, please don't hesitate to reach out. Remember: you've got a friend in me!
