Hi Mesa!
Thank you for coming to planDisney with your question! One of the best parts of booking a Disney package is that you can easily go in and make a payment in any amount over $20 at any time on the
Walt Disney World website.
You can make payments online using your credit or debit card, a Disney Visa reward card, or a Disney Gift Card. I budget for our family trips by purchasing Disney Gift Cards at Target. If you buy a gift card every couple of weeks, you can pay down your vacation gradually. You can even combine the gift cards into larger amounts on the
Disney Gift Card website.
Don’t forget you can make your dining reservations 60 days out using either the website or the app. I find that the website often is a little smoother with that. I did have some very good luck on my recent trip with getting dining reservations the day before or day of. Plus, you can join virtual queues once you are in the park.
One last reminder is to add
Memory Maker at least 3 days prior to your arrival to your Walt Disney World vacation package. By adding in advance, you save $30, and this includes ALL professional photos taken, attraction photos (did you know there are 13 attractions that have a photo?), and dining location photos. Be sure to ask your photographer for “magic shots”, you never know what might show up in your photos!
I hope you have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World. Please come back to planDisney with other vacation planning questions!
Happy Planning,
Tracy
