I am on the payment for my pass. How do I pay it?

Hi, David! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. There are so many great benefits to becoming a Walt Disney World Resort Passholder, but there is one special benefit afforded to residents of Florida - the ability to split the cost of an Annual Pass to be paid over 12 months! This exciting benefit will allow you to be a part of the excitement all year while giving you access to special offers, magical events, and Passholder exclusive programs.

When you purchased your Florida Resident Annual Pass, you were required to make a down payment with your credit card. The remainder of your balance was divided into equal monthly payments. The payments should be automatically billed to the credit card you provided at the time of your Annual Pass purchase. The first payment is charged on the day you signed up. All of the following charges are usually billed exactly one month after that first payment.

David, if you find at some point this year that you need to change any information on your account, such as modify the credit card used to bill the monthly payment, just give Guest Services a call at (407) 560-7277. I hope this information helps you, but feel free to stop by and see us again if you have any further questions.
