    How do I make a payment online? I'm already logged in and don't see anywhere to do it.

    Hi Dale and welcome to planDisney!

    If you have booked a vacation package that includes a stay at a Disney Resort Collection hotel and theme park tickets, you will be able to make a payment online. I’m happy to help you with the details! 

    I like to use my home computer when I want to see all the details of my vacation on My Disney Experience. I just feel like everything is a bit clearer than on my smartphone. First, sign into your account and hold your mouse over My Disney Experience in the top right corner of the page. Click on "My Plans" on the menu that appears and when this page loads, you will see your reservation information.

    Once linked, you may see "Remaining Balance" with a "Make a Payment" link. If you see this link, you may click on the link and follow the prompts to make your payment. If you do not see an option for payment, you will need to call (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you!

    If you have a room-only reservation, don’t worry about paying your balance before you arrive. You will be charged the balance upon arrival.
