Magic Key so far! It’s awesome that you want to make an additional payment on your pass. I’ll be happy to walk you through your options.
Currently, you cannot pay your Magic Key balance online. However, you can submit an additional payment by phone or in person. If you wish to make a payment by phone, you may reach out to the
Magic Key Holders support line at (714) 781-7277 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist. If you wish to pay in-person, you can stop by the ticket booth in the Esplanade during your next park visit.
Bonus Tip: Be sure to check out the
current extras being offered exclusively to Magic Key holders! If you weren’t able to get the
Magic Key License Plate Frame, there will be another chance to grab yours from September 21-26, 2026, at the Hyperion Theater Courtyard in Disney California Adventure from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Park reservations and a virtual queue reservation are required to pick up your keepsake. Availability is subject to change at any time.
