Payment info no longer shows up on my reservations and tickets within my Disney experience, what should I do or who should I contact?

Hey, Tammy! I am so glad you stopped by with your question. Usually, Guests who have booked a Magic Your Way Vacation Package directly with Walt Disney World Resort are able to hop right on to their My Disney Experience account to make payments up until their balance due date. I have noticed this past week or so that this option has been playing a disappearing act like the Cheshire Cat.

I just called the Disney Reservation Center and spoke with a wonderful Cast Member about the whereabouts of this payment link. Unfortunately, she informed me that there is a known issue with the payment link and it is being addressed. If you do need to make a payment, please call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations number and a Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you. I will keep my fingers crossed for you that the link will be back in use soon!

Tammy, everything else looks to be running well, especially the Online Check-In section of My Disney Experience. Have you ever used this section before? It is a great way to put in your room requests, store your contact information and even provide a payment source for your room charges. I always like to complete this before our trips as it seems to speed up our resort check-in, getting us to our first magical day as quickly as possible!

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your vacation. I hope you have a magical day!
