Lena,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
Yes, there is a charge for
parking at the theme parks. There are a few options, including standard parking, preferred parking, and areas for oversized vehicles. The pricing for some of these categories are seasonal, so rather than quote you the current price, which could change before you arrive, I would suggest that a few weeks before your trip you check the parking page to see the current cost.
The preferred parking is just like the standard self-parking, but you are simply closer to the front of the parking area near the park gates. On busy days this can save you some time getting from your car to your first attraction!
BONUS TIPIf you pay for parking at one of the theme parks, that will cover your parking at all the theme parks that day. So if you park in the morning at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and in the afternoon drive over to
Disney's Hollywood Studios, you do not have to pay a second time.
BONUS TIP #2Make sure you have the
My Disney Experience App installed on your phone.
Why? When you park at the Disney theme parks the new
Car Locator feature will help you remember where you parked, helping you quickly find your car so you can head off to your next adventure!
Please feel free to

Have a Magical Vacation!
