    How do I pay off the amount I owe on my upcoming stay BEFORE i arrive at the hotel?

    Welcome to planDisney, Veronika! Thanks for sending us your question about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Vacation packages that include a stay at a Disney hotel and theme park tickets, are easy to manage from your MyDisney account. To make your payment, sign into your account and hold your mouse over My Disney Experience in the top right corner of the page. Click on "My Plans" on the menu that appears and when this page loads, you will see your reservation information.

    You may see "Remaining Balance" with a "Make a Payment" link. If you see this link, you may click on the link and follow the prompts to make your payment.

    If you do not see an option for payment, you will need to call the resort to speak to a Cast Member, and they will be happy to help you make your payment.
