Hey there, Elizabeth!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question! I'm happy that you're asking about booking a
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package. That way, you'll get to bundle your
Hotel stay and your
Theme Park Tickets into one easy transaction and you'll get some added magical extras to boot!
When you book a Vacation Package with the Disneyland Resort, there will be a $200 deposit that is required at the time (subject to change). The rest of the balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. While Disney does not offer a strict, pre-arranged payment plan per se, you are free to make payments towards the remaining balance at your convenience. Just log into your
Disneyland account and hover your cursor over "My Disneyland" at the top right. Click on "My Hotel Reservations" and select "Make a Payment."
If you are trying to budget for your trip, have you looked into the special
California Resident Ticket Offer? It's a great deal and it allowed me to take my kids to the Disneyland Resort for three days at almost the price of two!
Have you decided yet where you will be staying? My personal favorite official Disneyland Resort Hotel is the
Disneyland Hotel itself! You'll feel like you're still within the Magic even after you've left the Parks. Plus, guests of Disneyland Resort Hotels enjoy
Early Entry benefits, which will save you lots of time in the Parks! If you are looking to book a Good Neighbor Hotel, I've really enjoyed staying at the
Candy Cane Inn. They have a beautifully landscaped property and continental breakfast is included.
Elizabeth, I hope that was helpful for you in your planning. If you have any more questions, please reach out to us again anytime because we'd love to help you plan a wonderful and magical trip! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
