how do i pay for a disney ticket with both a gift card and credit card?

Hi Karina, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am happy to let you know that you can absolutely use both a Disney Gift Card and a credit card to purchase Walt Disney World theme park tickets -- I do it all the time!

When purchasing tickets at a Walt Disney World theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location, Disney Resort Hotel concierge, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, simply ask to apply the value of your Disney Gift Card and pay the remaining balance with your credit card.

When purchasing tickets online on the Walt Disney World website, on the checkout page below the credit card information and billing address you will see an option to "Pay with a Disney Gift Card".

I just walked myself through the process of buying tickets on the My Disney Experience mobile app, and I did not see the option to use a Disney Gift Card as payment.  However, I was able to use the browser on my phone to go to the Walt Disney World website (disneyworld.disney.go.com) and I was able to enter Disney Gift Card information that way.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  Enjoy your visit!
