Dave, if you've purchased a Walt Disney World Resort
Vacation Package with a Disney Resort hotel room and
theme park tickets and have your reservation linked to your My Disney Experience account, your tickets should also be there. To check, please log into your
My Disney Experience account and hover over the
My Disney Experience logo in the top right corner. Next, you will want to select
My Plans from the drop-down menu, and from there, go ahead and scroll down until you see
Daily Itinerary. Next to this, you should see
Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker; if you select this option, you can see your theme park tickets displayed.
You won't receive a hard copy of the tickets; however, when you check in at your
Disney Resort hotel, you can ask for a Disney Key To The World card. These cards will work as your room key and theme park ticket. You're also welcome to stop by any ticket booth windows outside all four theme parks or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to pick up physical cards to use as theme park tickets.
If you've ordered MagicBands or
MagicBand+ through your reservation, these also work as your theme park tickets and your Resort hotel room key. They will be mailed to your home address as long as the order was placed at least 11 days before arrival.
You can also use your My Disney Experience Mobile App to activate
Disney MagicMobile as your tickets. To set up your Disney MagicMobile service, open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right, select Disney MagicMobile, and follow the steps to set up the service.
