How do I pay my balance due for my reservation?

    Hello there, Ashley!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question! I'm excited to see that your Disneyland Resort Vacation is just a short month away! According to the Terms and Conditions, payment in full is due 30 days prior to Guest arrival, so let's make sure that you're able to take care of that balance.

In order to make a payment towards your Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, you may visit the Disneyland website and hover your cursor over "My Disneyland," then select My Hotel Reservations (you might have to log into your MyDisney account). You will then be able to view your Existing Reservations. Click on the "Make Payment" option to take care of this balance. These instructions are also detailed in the FAQ. Alternatively, you could also call the Guest Services phone line for Vacation Packages and I'm sure a Cast Member would be able to assist you.

You're going to be visiting during Pixar Fest at the Disneyland Resort, so I hope you're a Pixar fan! In fact, Inside Out 2 will have just been released a few days before you arrive, so what a great way to celebrate its premiere! I'm definitely planning on taking my family to see that one in the theater. You can even make some core memories on Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind (that ride also describes what it feels like to raise kids!).

Ashley, I hope that this was helpful for you. Please write to us again whenever you have more questions because we'd love to hear from you! I wish you a truly magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Have a Magical Day!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
