Hiya KaJuan,
Welcome to planDisney! I can say for sure that the only item I never leave home without is a
Disney Gift Card. I use them to pay for every aspect of my trip, from tickets, resort hotel stays, dining, and merchandise. And yes, I’ve even used them to pay for my annual pass before.
First things first, KaJuan, while you can use a Disney Gift Card to pay for an
Annual Pass, the online system is not designed to pay for transactions using more than one Disney Gift Card. When you add an Annual Pass to your cart, the checkout page will have an option to “Pay with a Disney Gift Card” (it will be under #3 and the place to put in your debit/credit card information). When you click it, you can then enter the card number on the back of your card. But as I mentioned, you can only use one Disney Gift Card. This is great if you only have one to use, but if you have multiple, you will need to combine them into one (up to $1,000 on a single card) by visiting the Disney Gift Card website. The process is relatively simple just click “My Cards” from the header, log onto the site using your Disney account log-in (the same one you use for
My Disney Experience), and then add each of the gift cards to the system before you can combine them. After inputting your cards, select one as your “main card” and transfer the balances of the other cards to this main card. Voila! You will have one gift card for online payments. However, since the Incredi-Pass totals more than $1,000, the system will prompt you to pay the remaining balance using a credit/debit card. If you don’t want to do that, then the best way to pay for an Annual Pass using more than one Disney Gift Card is to reach out to a
Cast Member. They may be able to help you pay with multiple gift cards at once, so you don’t have to use your debit/credit card.
I hope this was helpful! If you need anything else, please come back and see us.
Happy Planning!
