    Where do I pay on my account?

    I just know you’re going to have the most magical vacation! I love that you’ve decided to stay in the magic at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. You’ll find each Disney hotel has unique theming with delectable dining options and fun recreation, and I do hope you take a moment to enjoy a splash-tastic time at the pool!

    Kathryn, if your reservation is eligible for online payments, you will see a “Make Payment” link underneath your reservation details on your “My Plans” page of your My Disney Experience account. If you don’t see the “Make a Payment” link, you would have to call and speak with a friendly Cast Member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations who will be happy to help you. 

    One of my favorite parts about staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is that even when I leave the theme parks, I feel like I’m not leaving the magic! And I hope after this trip, you’ll agree!
