Hello The past Saturday, I went to magic Kingdom and now I want to see my pic at the Splash Mountain, How can I see that?

    Hi Maria,

Thank you for bringing us your question about your most recent visit to the Magic Kingdom Park! I'm sure you are already thinking about your next visit; it is what keeps us going whenever we are not in our favorite place, isn't it?

In order to see your photos, you need to go to the Disney PhotoPass Service website or log into your My Disney Experience account, either on the website or on the app. Once you log in with your Disney account credentials, you should be able to see the videos and pictures captured at the Park.

Remember that for certain rides, guests are expected to tap their MagicBands or scan their cards in the photo viewing area outside the attraction in order for the picture to be linked to their account. If you forgot to do that, no worries, you can still locate those pictures by contacting the Disney PhotoPass Service team directly. They may still be able to help you locate your missing photo, but they will need you to provide them with as much detail as possible regarding your visit. If you need such assistance, please call (407) 560-4300 or send them an email to disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com

Maria, I hope this information is useful. We'll be waiting here for more and more questions you may have about your vacation. We love to help out!

    See ya real soon!
    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
