In the past, I've managed the plans for my grandchildren (ages 8, 4, 2) but my daughter also needs to manage the plans for the children. How can I grant her access to the children's magic bands and ticket media?

Hi Denise! It is a pleasure to see you here at planDisney.

Denise, I have been in the exact same situation. My sister had previously made plans for a few of my nieces under her My Disney Experience account, but when I went to make plans for them, I couldn't link to them. First I made sure that I was linked to my sister by logging into My Disney Experience, then navigating to Family & Friends, and clicking "Add a Guest." After I entered her information and invited her to connect with me, I was still unable to see the kids.

What I found out was that although adult My Disney Experience accounts can be linked, minors can only be listed under one account

Denise, you can either keep your grandkids on your account and make plans for them on your daughter's behalf, or you can call the friendly Cast Members at (407) 939-5277 and they will be able to move your grandkids tickets to your daughter's My Disney Experience account. For my family, we found that it was easier to call and have the Cast Member move my nieces to my account, just for our trip.

I hope that this helped, Denise. Please come back here to planDisney if we can help answer anything else Walt Disney World Resort.

We love to hEAR from you!
