Ahoy, Noel! Welcome, and thanks for cruising on by with your question.
Disney Cruise Line follows
government regulations regarding identification for the purposes of sailing. For a Bahamas sailing that begins and ends in Miami, you can travel without a passport. In place of the passport, however, you will need an original or certified copy of your birth certificate AND government-issued photo identification. The certified birth certificate must have a raised seal from the issuing state, and hospital-issued birth certificates don't count.
Children under the age of 15 will not need a photo ID. They will, however, still need a birth certificate to travel without a passport.
Noel, you've only got a few more days until you sail! It's a great time to go down the
pre-cruise checklist to make sure you've got all your other documents and requirements in order. You'll also want to add the Disney Cruise Line
Navigator app to your phone.
I hope you're now ship shape and ready to go, Noel! Have the most incredible time on your seafaring adventure.
Anna
