I had my passes linked months ago and now it’s showing it’s not link for this date

    Hiya Alaina!

Welcome to planDisney. Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for us today.

Hooray! Your trip is TODAY and that’s definitely something to chEAR about! I know you must be itching to experience all the magical attractions and snack on Mickey-shaped treats so let’s discuss the options you have to get your passes linked correctly before you visit the Theme Parks.

A Cast Member will need to look into your My Disney Experience account to take care of the issue you're having. If you’re arriving today and have time to stop by Disney Springs, you will find the Guest Relations located there. I would recommend doing this because they will be able to pull up your account and assist you. By going here, you won’t need a Disney Park Pass reservation that you would when visiting a Guest Relations located inside the Theme Parks. You’ll also have a really great excuse to stop by the shops afterward! Otherwise, you can call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you there, as well.

Once you have this issue taken care of, you’ll be able to relax and sing “Hakuna Matata,” which means no worries for the rest of your day!

Alaina, I hope you have an enchanting time!
