Hi there Adriana!
Thanks for stopping by with your question today. I'd be happy to help!
I'm excited to hear you are a
Magic Key holder. It's such a great program that allows guests to enjoy the magic of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park for a full year. I'd love to live close enough to visit Disneyland Resort just as frequently as I use my Annual Pass for Walt Disney World Resort, but as an east coast girl, my less frequent visits out west always feel extra special. As you know, Magic Key holders who "no-show" 3 park reservations within a 90-day window will be placed into a penalty status, and as such, will be unable to make or modify park reservations for 30 days.
During this 30-day penalty window, I believe your
Magic Key benefits like food and merchandise discounts and complimentary or discounted standard parking, subject to your key type, are also suspended. You can
reach out to a Cast Member at (714) 781-7277 to confirm the specifics of your particular Magic Key. I'd also recommend reviewing the
Magic Key Terms and Conditions.
You can avoid future penalty periods by entering your reserved park at any time before park closing on the reserved day, or by modifying or canceling an existing park reservation by 11:59 p.m. the day prior. Keep in mind reservations are always subject to availability and
blockout dates.
Hopefully, you're near the end of your 30-day window and ready to enjoy all the spooky excitement of
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, which begins September 1st. I'm already working on plans to snap a photo with the iconic
Mickey Pumpkin on Main Street, U.S.A. Adriana, if we can answer any additional questions please come right back here and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
