Hello Carol,
As an Annual Passholder, I'm happy to welcome you to planDisney! I hope you've been making excellent use of your
Annual Pass over the past year, isn't it great being able to enjoy the parks at a slower pass knowing you'll be back again soon? I also love the Passholder discounts on certain dining experiences, special events and merchandise - it adds even more magic!
I have great news for you, Carol - Annual Passes can be renewed up to 30 days past the expiration date. By renewing within 30 days of the anniversary date, a special renewal benefit is unlocked for extra savings!
To renew your Annual Pass, you can go online, visit any theme park ticket window, head to the Guest Relations locations at
Disney Springs or phone (407)WDW-PASS from the comfort of home. If you'd like to renew by using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, start by logging in and selecting "Tickets and Passes." Your Annual Pass, along with its expiration date, will be displayed. Since you'll be renewing your Annual Pass, your expiration date will be one year from your previous Pass' expiration date and not from the day it is renewed.
I always recommend keeping an eye on the
Passholder Exclusives page—it’s the best way to stay in the loop on all the special perks just for Passholders! You’ll find updates on those must-have Passholder magnets, fun limited-time treats (like the current Frozen Lavender Lemonade), and exclusive Walt Disney World Annual Passholder merchandise. It’s always exciting to see what new magic pops up!
I hope this information helps with your Disney Annual Pass renewal. If you have any other questions,
feel free to reach out - I’m always happy to assist!
See you real soon,
Candace
