Heigh-Ho Jane
Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to help you link your ticket and make your Disney Park Pass reservation. Cast Members are currently experiencing a high call volume and doing their best to work their way through each Guest. Wait times are definitely high so patience and a good book or movie is something I would recommend if you need to continue down that route.
However, if you have a
My Disney Experience profile or have downloaded the
mobile app then I can easily help with linking your extra ticket to your account, where you will be prompted to assign the ticket to yourself or another individual and make your
Disney Park Pass reservation. First, locate the 12-digit ticket ID number or 12-digit Will Call Confirmation number. You will need one of these to link the ticket. After you have signed in to your My Disney Experience profile, if you are linking the ticket to someone other than yourself, you will need to create a
Family & Friends list. Follow the prompts to complete before moving on and if you are just linking the ticket to yourself then let’s continue. Select My Plans and highlight Park Ticket, here you will choose Link Tickets. The next page will prompt you to enter your 12-digit number, either one will work. From there you will assign the ticket, to a Guest or yourself, and then make your Disney Park Pass Reservation. Be sure to check the
Theme Park Availability Calendar before making your Disney Park Pass Reservation. Afterward, your reservation will appear on your itinerary and you are ready to return to the Most Magical Place on Earth.
I do hope this has been helpful, Jane, if you are having difficulty or do not have a 12-digit number then you will have to sit back and enjoy the wait-time ride to speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4984. In the meantime, stay up to date by following the
Disney Parks Blog and check our Instagram

Have a Practically Perfect Day,
