My moms pass is on my account how do I send it to her

    Greetings, Brittanni!

Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to hear that you and your mom are planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. It's sure to be an adventure neither of you will forget. Let's go over how to get that ticket linked, so that you can continue to plan the best trip ever!

Before tickets can be reassigned, you will need to be sure your mom has created a My Disney Experience account and that you link your account to hers. Once this step is taken care of, you will be able to transfer that ticket to her in a few easy steps. Open the My Disney Experience app, and tap the three bars on the bottom right of the screen. Choose the My Tickets & Passes link, and scroll until you see your mom's pass. Under the ticket should be an option to Reassign Ticket. Tap this to transfer the pass to your mom in moments. You can also reassign tickets on the Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker page located on the Walt Disney World website. Should you find that you are unable to assign the ticket to your mom, you'll want to reach out to the Tickets and Hotel Reservation line for additional support.

If you're looking for a personalized way to bring your memories home, I recommend booking a Capture Your Moment Session. These 20-minute private photo shoots can be scheduled in any of the four theme parks. The Disney PhotoPass Photographers take some truly memorable shots, and everyone gets to be in the photo. It's a practically perfect souvenir!

I hope your upcoming adventure is magical!
