Hi there, Heather! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
Sounds like you're in for a rootin'-tootin' good time when you bring the whole gang down for a visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth! Make sure to spend some time in
Disney's Hollywood Studios with the Sheriff and grab some lunch at
Woody's Lunch Box in
Toy Story Land. The Lunch Box Tarts (Especially the Chocolate-Hazelnut Lunch Box Tart) are so delicious and great to grab when you're on the go and ready to ride
Slinky Dog Dash!
You and your party must be so excited to head to Walt Disney World Resort for a magical vacation and I'm sure having Guest rooms close together at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel will make it even better! To link your reservations together so that the Resort knows you're an entire party traveling together you can call to speak with a Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at (407) 939-1936 or you can try speaking with a Cast Member through the "Chat" feature on the Walt Disney World website. Sometimes the Chat feature is a little bit quicker if you're in a rush.
In either case, make sure to have your Resort hotel confirmation numbers for each room so that the Cast Member is able to "link" your reservations.
If you're looking to have adjoining rooms or connecting rooms, where you're directly next to one another or even share an inside door, you can make these requests at the same time or wait until you complete the
Online Check-In process. Here, you'll be able to specify such room requests. As a reminder, these are just requests and no guarantees can be made, but Cast Members always seem to do their best to help make a vacation as magical as possible.
Enjoy every moment!
