My party has six total people. We would like to do the extra paid safari at AK, but don't see it as an option for a party of our size. What is the best way to book this?

    Hi Dylan!

Disney's Wild Africa Trek is an absolute blast and the pictures my family has from that tour are still some of my most treasured wall art! This tour is available for parties of 6 and larger. Unfortunately, this tour books up quickly so it may just be that there is no availability for a party that large left for your dates of travel. You could try booking it for a smaller party or potentially splitting your party up. One year my family split up and I took just our son on this tour as a way for us to spend some quality time together one-on-one. It was a great option.

If you are looking for some behind-the-scenes options at Animal Kingdom, some other tours may still have availability. Caring for Giants is an hour-long experience where you get closer to elephants and learn about how Disney cares for these amazing creatures. If you are more interested in rhinos, you can do the Up Close with Rhinos experience that takes you up close to meet these precious creatures that are nearing extinction. Savor the Savanna is also another great option where you get up close with the animals but also enjoy a more relaxed, gourmet food-focused experience. The Starlight Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is also super fun because you go out on the savanna at night with night vision goggles for a look at what the animals do after dark!

    Happy Planning
