It looks like your trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth" is coming up next month, how exciting! That should not be a problem to have some members of your group manage
Lightning Lane Multi Pass selections for other members of the group, or even all of the group.
I recommend anyone who will be booking Lightning Lane selections for the group link all of the theme park tickets in the
Disneyland app. To do this, open up the app, and navigate to the three horizontal bar line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and tap "My Tickets & Passes." Next, tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and you can scan the ticket barcodes or type in the ticket numbers manually. You'll be able to secure Lightning Lane selections for the entire group as long as each member of the party has purchased Lightning Lane Multi Pass for the day.
I helped scan Lightning Lane passes for my kids for years before they had a mobile phone or a
MagicBand+ to use, and as long as your tickets are linked in your app, you'll be able to scan on behalf of anyone in your party! When you arrive to the attraction, you can easily use a mobile phone to scan in for those Lightning Lane selections for anyone without a mobile phone or MagicBand+. My final Lightning Lane tip is to set an alarm on your phone of when you can book your next selection. You will be able to see when you can book your next selection at the top of the Disneyland app, so I like to set an alarm to remind me to book our next attraction to truly maximize Lightning Lane Multi Pass.
