Hi Christine! It sounds like you have a great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planned with your whole crew! Some of our best Disney vacation memories are trips we made with extended family and friends.
You don't mention what type of accommodations you have reserved for your party. If all nine members of your party are staying in the same unit on the same reservation, then all guests in the party must have the same components in their travel package. This would include the
Travel Protection Plan. If you will be staying in separate rooms with separate reservation numbers, the Travel Protection Plan can be added to a single room. All guests staying in that room would need to be added to the Travel Protection Plan. Any children 17 years of age and under will automatically be covered under the plan when added for all adults on the reservation.
While of course there will be times during your vacation when you will want the whole gang together, I've found it is a good idea to sometimes split up into smaller groups. This way everyone in your party can be sure they accomplish all their "must-do" experiences. I also highly recommend purchasing
Memory Maker in advance of your trip. You will be able to
download all your Disney PhotoPass photos of everyone in your party, so everyone can share in the magic even when you are not all together.
I hope that helps! Please come back and visit us again if you have additional questions.
