    Does all of your party need to be present at the time of seating to keep a reservation or can half of the party get there on time and others be running behind can we still keep our reservation? Or do all members of the party have to be present to be seated

    Hi Kathleen!

    It has been my experience in the past, that all members of your party need to be present before a Cast Member will seat you at Disney Dining locations.   You can let the host know a few members of your party will be running late and they will do their best to seat you as soon as possible once they arrive.
