My party of 9 has 5 day base tickets. We want to park hop just ONE day. Do we add the park hopper on for the one day when we are there? Do we add the park hopper at the hotel or the park?

    Hi Amy,

I think you're misunderstanding the Park Hopper product a bit. Let me try to help.

The Park Hopper add-on is a flat rate price to add to any number of days of a Disney World base ticket. Rates can change, but currently the price is about $55 for the Park Hopper add-on. It costs the same amount to add Park Hopping to a two-day ticket as it does to add Park Hopping to a 10-day ticket. In fact, it's not possible to add the hopping feature to just one day. Once you add it, you have the feature for the entirety of your trip, automatically.

You can add the Hopper feature at any point during your vacation. You can do this at any park ticket window or guest relations office, or at the concierge desk of your hotel. They'll simply charge you the difference in price between your current ticket and the price of a Park Hopper.

If you are sure that you're going to hop for one day, my advice would be to add the Hopper option at the beginning of your trip. This way you'll maximize your flexibility without increasing your cost.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
