Hi Renee! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm happy to help you navigate your options in case a member of your party isn't able to visit, but I sure hope that isn't the case! February is a beautiful time to visit Walt Disney World Resort; the temperatures are usually mild, and the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts runs through February 22nd, meaning you'll still have a chance to get in on all the action!
As per Walt Disney World Resort policy, tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable, however, there is still a magical way you may get to use these tickets after all! If your tickets have a "no expiration" option, you may be able to use them, or apply those funds, to tickets for a future date. I suggest getting in touch with the "
Existing Tickets" phone number in that link and speaking to a Cast Member if a cancellation has to become an unfortunate reality.
If all seven members of your party do get to meet at
The Most Magical Place on Earth, make sure you take advantage of seeing some of the newest, and most jaw-dropping experiences at the parks.
Harmonious, EPCOT's new nighttime spectacular just opened in October, and has been leaving Guests stunned by its beauty ever since. You may also want to look into
Memory Maker so that you and your party can savor the photos taken of you in the parks even after you return home.
I hope this information helps to answer your question, but I also sincerely hope you don't have to use it! Enjoy every moment of you trip!
