Hiya, Lindsay, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you're here with this great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It sounds like you're planning to do some serious dining during your visit, and that means we are automatically best friends. Let's dig in!
Lindsay, I love this question because it sounds like something I'd also consider. I'm the kind of girl who will steal your french fries if you're not looking... and likely even if you are. Since I know that the
Taste of the Bayou All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Platter is meant for one person, I can't give you explicit permission to eat off of the plate of another Guest, even if you have your own entree. You might consider asking your Server at
Boatwright's Dining Hall, as they'll be better able to speak to the policies at that specific dining location.
Since you're here, and we're already besties, I'll share with you what I consider to be the best-kept dining secret at Walt Disney World Resort. It's the all-you-care-to-enjoy dinner at
Sebastian's Bistro at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The aesthetic is beautiful, and the food is fabulous. While I never like to fill up on bread as an appetizer, I just can't resist the guava butter and caramelized onion jam that you get with the freshly-baked pull-apart rolls. I shouldn't skip over the beef with chimichurri, but I have to tell you about the dessert. The house-made coconut bread pudding with ice cream is one of my favorite desserts, and the best part is you can have as much as you like!
Now that I'm hungry, I'll leave you with this: you can't go wrong with a lovely meal at any of the restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort. Please stop by with any other questions you have, and remember, you have a friend in me!
Bon appetit!
Jennifer
