Bonjour, Michael! It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to planDisney. Thank you for putting our service to the test!
The New Fantasyland expansion opened in 2012 and is one of my favorite areas of
Magic Kingdom Park. I enjoy stopping by
Gaston's Tavern for a LeFou's Brew and then heading to
Bonjour! Village Gifts, which looks just like the bookshop Belle visits in
Beauty and the Beast when she sings "Little Town." The shop often closes for the night a couple of hours before the park; I'm so sorry you couldn't make your purchase during your trip. This has happened to me before, so I'm happy to share a few ideas with you!
The first place to check is on
shopdisney.com. The website sells lots of merchandise that may be found throughout the theme parks. If you cannot find it online, try calling Merchandise Guest Services at (407) 934-6111, and they can discuss some options with you. Lastly, consider enlisting the help of a personal shopper. A Disney Personal Shopper is someone who is local to Walt Disney World Resort and can pick up items and ship them to you. They do this full-time or as a side business, charging a flat fee or a percentage fee for their service. While I don't have a specific one to recommend, you can do a quick internet search- just make sure to read the reviews.
Michael, good luck, or as Belle would say, "Bonne chance!" I hope you're able to get your item. We invite you to Be Our Guest again here at planDisney anytime!
