Hi its my partner 40th birthday when we go in October but I really won't to get inroom celebration but it's saying what's the door number of our room but we don't no it as we in the uk and not due to fly out till October

    Hi Christopher,

Welcome to planDisney! Celebrating a birthday at Walt Disney World is extra magical, and it’s so nice that you want to add a special in-room surprise for your partner!

You can have an in-room gift delivered to your Disney Resort by ordering through Magical Floral & Gifts by Florida Fresh Floral, LLC. When you complete a purchase on the Magical Floral & Gifts site, you’re asked for the name of the recipient, which Disney Resort you’re staying at, and the primary Guest’s name on the reservation. Magical Floral & Gifts does not deliver directly to your resort room, instead, the gift is delivered to the Front Desk. A Cast Member from the Front Desk will reach out to you and arrange for you to pick up the gift or for the gift to be delivered to your room. If a site is asking for your room number, you may be on a third-party site.

On a previous vacation, my family was gifted one of the gift basket options from Magical Floral & Gifts. I was thankful it was delivered at the start of our vacation because the treats included were perfect for snacking after a long day in the theme parks!

You can also add a Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to your dining reservations. When you book your dining reservations, you have the option to add a cake, which will be delivered during your meal. You can also ask if there are celebration cakes available when you check in for your meal, however, same-day requests are subject to availability.

Another cake option is Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs. You can order a cake up to 30 days in advance, or visit Amorette’s in person to place an order with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Of course, once you visit Amorette’s, you might see their selection of pastries and decide to purchase a variety to enjoy back in your hotel with your partner!

I hope this gave you some special celebration ideas, Christopher! Don’t forget to pick up a birthday celebration button at your Resort Front Desk or a Guest Relations location in one of the theme parks! I try to say “Happy birthday” whenever I see a Guest wearing a birthday button. It’s my own way of making magic! If you have any other questions, we’re here to help you at planDisney!
