Welcome to planDisney, Josephine! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today.
Disney vacation packages need to be paid in full no later than 30 days in advance of your trip. You're right in your suspicion that you haven't been offered the opportunity to place a small deposit and pay the rest later because you're already within that 30-day window. If you want to split your vacation up into smaller payments, I do have one suggestion to offer! You can book your
Resort Hotel stay without including tickets, and the only upfront payment required is a deposit in the amount of the first night's room rate. The remainder of the balance of your resort stay will be charged when you arrive at your hotel and will be due upon checkout.
Your tickets can be purchased separately when you're ready, but keep in mind they need to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Your room and your tickets can be linked together in
My Disney Experience even though they weren't purchased at the same time, so you still have access to those great Resort Hotel guest perks like
early entry into the Theme Parks and the ability to purchase
Lightning Lane selections up to seven days in advance. It’s a great way to spread out the costs a bit while still locking in all the Disney magic.
I hope this answers your question, Josephine, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
