Can I partake in extended evening hours on my check out day?

Hiya, Dana! Welcome and thank you for your question.

There just never seems to be enough hours in a Walt Disney World vacation to do and see everything you plan. A huge part of why my family returns so often is that we are always discovering something new, whether it's a new dining experience, ride, or attraction. Those extended evening hours can be a fantastic benefit when you're trying to squeeze in every last bit of vacation magic.

Guests staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, a Deluxe Villa Resort, or select other resorts are eligible to participate in the extended evening hours. You'll want to check the theme park calendar for hours and to see which parks are participating on the days you need, as the schedule does change. The good news, Dana, is that guests eligible for the extended hours can use them from the day they check in all the way through the end of the day they check out. So YES! You can partake in the extended evening hours on check-out day.

Don't forget to make your theme park reservations. You'll want to make sure you have a reservation for the park with the extended evening hours on the day you want to attend, or that you have a park hopper ticket that will allow you to move to the other park.

I hope your upcoming vacation is one of your very best ever!
