    As part of our vac. package, we have 1 day MYW tickets. We already have 7 day tickets. It is my understanding that there's no way to combine the two. Can we get a credit for the 7 day tickets + upgrade the 1 day tickets we bought as part of our package?

    Hi Jacqueline! Thanks for writing the panel.  Tickets can only be upgraded within 14 days of their first use. If your tickets have already been used over 14 days ago, then you won't be able to make any changes to them. If your seven-day tickets have never been used, then bring them in to Guest Services at any of the four theme parks and they will advise you of any options you may have.
