Hi, Sherry! The Park Hopper option only applies to the four Theme Parks. It allows Guests to visit more than one of them in the same day. With the Park Hopper option, you can move freely among Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.
Resort swimming pools are for their registered Guests. As for Pool Hopping at the Resorts, the general answer is "no, you can't." There are a few exceptions. Pool Hopping is allowed between All-Star Resort pools. So, if you are a Guest at All-Star Movies Resort and wanted to swim at another All-Star Resort pool, you can. Guests in one section of the Port Orleans Resort (French Quarter or Riverside) can go to the pools over at the other. Disney Vacation Club Members have Pool Hopping privileges during non-peak seasons to all pools except Animal Kingdom Lodge's and the Yacht and Beach Club's. Finally, if the pool at your Resort is under repair, you will be give Pool Hopping privileges at another Resort. Otherwise, Guests must use the pools at the Resort where they are registered. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
