Do the parks tend to be more or less crowded on the days that they have Extra Magic Hours? We don't plan to use them (too early/late for us) so we are just trying to figure out if we should go to or avoid those parks on those days.

Hey Michele, That's a great question! There are a lot of people who design their touring strategies based around Extra Magic Hours. My family usually takes advantage of Morning Extra Magic Hours and then we hop to another park around midday. I have found that the park with Extra Magic Hours can be more crowded. Our strategy has always been to visit during Extra Magic Hours to enjoy some of the more popular attractions and then park hop to a different park for the remainder of the day. We have also visited during Evening Extra Magic Hours and they can be quite busy at times. If you are not planning to utilize the Extra Magic Hours, then I would avoid the selected park on that particular day. One popular unofficial site that has a crowd calendar giving guests advice on which park to visit and which park to avoid is touringplans.com. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions that I can assist you with! I would love to help! I hope you have a magical Walt Disney World vacation!
