    what parks would you recommend for children that are age 5-7

    Hi Mary!

    All the parks at Disney offer rides and attractions for children of all ages.  I would definitely recomend that you visit the Magic Kingdom.  This park offers the most for your children's ages.  I would love to list off all the rides and attractions that are perfect for your family however we are limited in space for providing answers.  So I have linked you to a list of all the rides and attractions at the Magic Kingdom that your children would enjoy. Click here to see this page. Animal Kingdom is another park I know your children will love. Click here to see the list of rides and attractions for Animal Kingdom.  Hollywood Studios has many shows geared to this age group. Click here to see the list of attractions at Hollywood Studios.  Epcot is the only park I think your children would be a little young for.  There are some attractions for children this age however I don't think there are enough to keep them entertained for the whole day.
