Welcome to planDisney, Karie! I am happy to answer your question as you plan to visit the Disneyland Resort.
Guests using either the
Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals parking structures or the Toy Story Parking Area are welcome to exit and return to the same or a different parking area as often as needed throughout the day. There are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, be sure to keep your original parking receipt to show when you return. The parking areas typically open approximately one hour before park opening and close one hour after the parks close for the evening. This may be helpful when planning your day!
Q-Tip: When the park closes, the magic doesn't have to end immediately. Tram service to the parking structures and complimentary bus service to the Toy Story Parking Area also continues for approximately an hour after the last theme park closes. So, take your time grabbing that final souvenir, enjoying the nighttime atmosphere, or saying one last goodnight to the parks before heading home. This is my favorite time to get that one last photo of the castle or, at this time of year, the Mickey Pumpkin in Town Square.
Also, don’t forget about the
Car Locator service! If you are parking in one of the parking structures, you can use this free feature in the
Disneyland app to save your parking area, level, and row number once you've arrived. When you're ready to head home, you can use the saved information to help find your parking spot easily!
