They are located in their respective parking lots, and you will see directions to those stations when you arrive. Disney Springs also has charging stations, located in their parking structures. In all cases it is recommended that you use the ChargePoint App. As for resorts, they are still a bit more hit-or-miss as to where you will find them, and where you will not.
