    After parking, does the ferry boat or monorail cost to get to magic kingdom?

    Welcome to planDisney, Alisha! I'm so happy to know you have a summertime vacation in the works for the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

    I'm happy to report that Disney Resort Transportation is complimentary. This includes all boat, Monorail, bus and Disney Skyliner transportation. This means you would not have to pay a fee to use the ferry or the Monorail to get to and from the Magic Kingdom Park from the parking area. There are so many ways to get to where you need to go while you visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth!"

    Be sure to check the park calendar during your visit this August. You can find theme park opening and closing times as well as shows, parades and nighttime spectacular schedules. I love watching the fireworks on Main Street U.S.A. during visits with my family!
