Hello there, friend. Welcome to
planDisney! I’m excited that you’ll be joining us from the land down under. You’re in for a magical time!
Yes, there is plenty of
parking at
Disneyland Resort. Did you know that when it opened in the year 2000, the
Mickey and Friends Parking Structure was the largest in the U.S.A.? And believe it or not, it was expanded in 2019! There is also the Toy Story Parking Lot on the other side of the resort. In my experience, I’ve never heard of people being turned away because there were no parking spots available. You do not need to reserve parking.
Unfortunately, parking is not complimentary. While prices may change without notice, the current price is $40 per car or motorcycle. You can park an oversized vehicle or motor home for $45, but only at the Toy Story Parking Area. If you would like to ensure that you get a parking spot close to the elevators to the tram, you can pay for preferred parking, which costs $60 (price subject to change).
Once you park, you’re almost there! All parking areas have security stops before you travel to the esplanade (the area between
Disneyland and
Disney California Adventure) via tram or bus. And then you’re ready for the magic to begin! I hope this answers your questions and helps you get back to the fun and excitement of planning your trip. If you have any more planning questions, don’t hesitate to bring them to us at
planDisney! I hope you have a magical day!
