I can see my park tickets and reservations when I log in to My Disney Experience, but when I log in on the phone app it just lists "Guest" under the date. When I tap it I have to log in on the browser even though it's the same account.

Hi Lizzy!  Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

No worries!  It sounds like everything is working just the way it is supposed to.  This is exactly how my Disney Park Pass reservations look when I view them in my account.  When viewing my Daily Itinerary under "My Plans" on the My Disney Experience website, I can see my Disney Park Pass reservations with the number of Guests indicated and the character icon and name for each Guest.  When viewing my Disney Park Pass reservations under "Future Plans" on the My Disney Experience mobile app, the Pass shows only the number of Guests.  When I click on it, I am redirected to the website to view the details of the pass.  When accessing information in your personal account, (rather than simply using the general features of the app, such as checking attraction wait times) you will be asked to sign in again to protect the security of your account.

Although there is now a link to the Disney Park Pass reservation system in the My Disney Experience mobile app, the reservation system is web-based.  When making, modifying, or viewing details of your Disney Park Pass reservations, you will be redirected to the mobile website.

The interface of the My Disney Experience mobile app does vary a bit from the website, so the way plans, reservations, and tickets are displayed will look slightly different.  For example, I noticed when viewing my dining reservations in the app, I simply see "# Guests".  I need to click on the reservation to view the names of the Guests in my dining party, whereas on the website the names are displayed with the reservation.

You won't have to worry about showing your Disney Park Pass reservation in the app for entry into the theme parks.  Your reservation is connected to your ticket, so when you scan your MagicBand, ticket card, or Disney MagicMobile pass to access your admission ticket, the system will recognize that you have a valid Disney Park Pass reservation.  So you should be all set!

Lizzy, if there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to stop by planDisney again anytime.  Have a wonderful visit!
