Hey there, hi there, ho there, Michael.
You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by and would be happy to help. Gawrsh, I’m sorry to hear you won’t be able to go on your magical trip to the Disneyland Resort as planned. I know how disappointing that must be, and I sincerely hope everything in your world is A-OK.
While Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, I do have some good news! If you are unable to visit before your ticket expires (the use by date), the value of your wholly unused ticket can be put towards the purchase of a new ticket for a future date. Michael, this means you won’t lose out on the amount you paid for your tickets, which I’m sure is welcome news! It also means you will have a future visit to the Disneyland Resort to look forward to after all! Might I suggest rescheduling your trip for sometime after the
Disney100 Celebration begins on January 27, 2023? 100 years of Disney is quite the joyous occasion, and I’m sure you’ll want to partake in the festivities.
In the meantime, keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all the news and updates regarding Disneyland Resort. If you ever find yourself in need of planning advice, the

Take care,
