Hi! I have park tickets, park passes, and a resort reservation at All Star Sports in September. Since All Star Resorts probably won't be open then, how do I go about changing my resort reservation? Will I have to pay any price difference?

    Greetings, Fellow Floridian Elaine!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Even though we are in a whole new world right now, I am so happy that we live so close to the Magic. It makes adjusting our plans a little bit simpler!

It looks like you may be one of our pixie-dusted Guests who will have a magical transformation with their hotel stay. Since you are visiting us after July 10th, you can request modification assistance now if you booked through Disney directly. If you booked through a 3rd party, you need to contact your travel professional.

Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is currently not on the list of Resorts to open, but the situation is being monitored continuously, and that could change. If you prefer to modify your reservation online rather than by calling, you should receive an email soon regarding your upcoming stay. The email will contain a link where you can review your options regarding your reservation. Among the options is to modify your booking if your hotel is closed during your scheduled visit. Once you choose that option, Disney will validate your selection (verify your reservation, and verify that your reserved Resort is closed), and provide the next steps.

One of my dEAR friends was supposed to stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and had to modify their plans a few days ago. They were lucky enough to get a Cabin at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and are super excited! The process was straight-forward, and Disney took care of the modification faster than you can say bibbidi bobbidi boo!

Elaine, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back. You know where to find us!
