With the park tickets the one park for day option say we go to magic kingdom one day is that ticket only good for that time or can it be reused up until the final date that the tickets are to he used for?

    Hi there, Kaili!

I’m glad you stopped by planDisney with your question. We are happy to help you navigate your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Now, if I understand your question correctly you are wondering how to make the most of a One Park Per Day ticket. So, let’s see if we can engage our Mira, Royal Detective brains and figure out this mystery!

If you purchase a 1-day Ticket, that ticket is valid only on the date and for the theme park you select when you purchase the ticket.  When you purchase a 1-day ticket for a specific date and one theme park, a theme park reservation will automatically be made for you at the time of purchase, subject to park availability.

If you purchase a multi-day One Park Per Day ticket, you will be able to enter one park per day over multiple days. If you would like, you may visit the same theme park each day or you may visit a different theme park each day. Your multi-day One Park Per Day ticket is valid beginning the start date you select and must be used within the valid use period. The use period extends beyond the number of park days allowed on your ticket but can only be used for the number of days you purchased. However, tickets can be used on non-consecutive days. For example, if you purchase a 3-day ticket, your ticket expires 5 days after the selected start date. It can only be used for park admission to one park on 3 of those 5 days. This chart is really helpful for understanding the use period you have available to use your ticket based on the number of park days you purchase.

Kaili, remember, if you purchase more than a 1-day ticket, you will need to make park reservations for each park day. Theme park reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be made directly after ticket purchase. Availability of theme park reservations is limited and subject to change, so I recommend that you make your theme park reservations as soon as you purchase your tickets. You may purchase tickets and make park reservations on the Walt Disney World website or in the My Disney Experience app

October is a great time for a Walt Disney World vacation! For one of your park days, be sure to take advantage of all the special offerings at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE®. I love to stroll around World Showcase and sample a variety of amazing food and drink offerings from every corner of the world. It is like a mini-vacation within your vacation!

I hope this helps you with your planning, Kaili. If you have more questions, please write back and let me know.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
