We have park tickets for Oct, but given the increase in COVID cases in FL, we may cancel our trip. Is Disney offering full refund for park tickets due to the COVID crisis? If not, how long do I have to use my purchased park tickets before they expire?

    Hey there, Marissa!

I have had to cancel more than one trip over the past few years, so I understand how you must be feeling.

Marissa, if you purchased theme park tickets on their own, as opposed to through a vacation package with accommodations, then your theme park tickets are non-refundable.

I do not want you to lose hope! The price you paid for your theme park tickets is never lost. All you will need to do is to pay the difference between your current theme park ticket and the ticket on the day that you wish to visit. You can easily edit your ticket dates and pay the difference in your My Disney Experience Account.

I hope that you can visit soon, Marissa!
