Hello, Rebecca! We're glad you came to planDisney with your question! I'd be happy to help you plan a magical vacation.
Typically, when a vacation package is booked with Disney directly and later canceled, the entire trip, including the room and theme park tickets, is canceled. However, if you have
stand-alone tickets that are wholly unused, you can always speak to a ticketing agent to apply their value to a future visit; you would simply need to pay the difference for your new tickets if there is one. Since the tickets were from 2020, they will not show up any longer in your
My Disney Experience account. I recommend speaking to a Cast Member at Disney Travel Operations at (407) 560-CHAT (2428) and clicking on the prompts to talk to a ticketing agent. Their hours of operation are from 7 AM to 11 PM EST, seven days a week; to minimize your time spent on hold, try calling right when the phone lines open in the morning. They can also direct you on how to book your new vacation. I hope this helps you get everything sorted out!
I'm excited for you to take part in all the EARidescent excitement of the
50th Anniversary Celebration, Rebecca! Magical things are going on in all four theme parks; check out the
Celebration Sips and Bites Guide for some snacking ideas! I have a Rumbly in my Tumbly just thinking about it. See ya real soon!
