    When will my park tickets be emailed to me?

    Heigh-Ho Elizabeth,

    It's an exciting time to plan for your Walt Disney World vacation but with all the Must-Do's it can be overwhelming. After Guests have checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and ordered their Walt Disney World tickets a choice is typically given for delivery: by email, by U.S. postal service, by Express Shipping via the U.S. postal service. While it can take up to 24-hours for Guests to receive their emails if it has been longer I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member for further assistance. Guests can call (407) 939-7679 beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST or follow this link to inquire via email. In the subject line choose Exiting Ticket Inquiry and provide the following information:

      *Name of Purchaser

      *Phone Number for contact

      *Date of Purchase 

      *My Disney Experience account tickets may be linked to

      *Form of Payment

    Another option is to use the Chat With Us feature in your My Disney Experience app. Simply open your app, select the menu option in the lower right-hand corner and choose Chat With Us. Type in your inquiry with detailed information and a Cast Member will help as soon as they can. Currently, phone lines and Chat With Us are experiencing a high volume so I would rise and shine early and reach out in the hope of a shorter wait time. 

    After all is worked out your next step, if the Cast Members have not already done so, is to link your Walt Disney World tickets to all your Guests by using either the 12-digit Confirmation number or each 12-digit Ticket ID Number. And finally Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo you are ready to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations.
